Humanity, being driven by many forces, is forever compelled to multiply and spread its kind across whatever terrain it inhabits. The reasons for this can be found in things such as evolved instinct, learned social behavior, and reaction to environment. I would estimate that for every one person who knows how bad it is to breed, there are 100,000 who have no idea and keep on popping out children.

There are over 6 billion people on this planet, and in my opinion, that is 7 billion too many. The word ‘overpopulation’ just doesn’t seem to encompass the reality of this situation. If I said that we were choking the planet to the point of self-extintion, perhaps that would be a bit closer to the truth. Most people, however, view these issues like they view global-warming, or rain-forest depletion. For whatever reason, society, as a whole, turns a blind eye and a deaf ear to those things, leaving only the hippies to scream and protest in an attempt to save our kind.

To teach more people about these problems, I fear, will not be enough. Short of global sterilization I doubt this issue will ever come under control. We have too many forces pushing us to breed more. Too many half-wits trying to convince us that children are miracles, and that human life is somehow more important than other life. This is absurd.

Life feeds on life, that is the way this world is set up; but if life feeds on life unchecked, there will be no life left to feed us. The more people we bring into the world, the more problems we will have. Forget about the philosophical nonsense that each child might be the next Einstein, or the new Madam Currie. To argue those ideas is pointless. We have better chances at raising a person to be a genius than to approach the problem with brute-force by making as many people as possible with the gamble that a genius will be created. Even the brightest children turn to corruption when faced with the hardships of the world we have created. So how do you feel about the world you helped build? I know I’m doing my best to make this information available to those who want to learn more.

We must stop the breeding. We must extinguish those who have children for the wrong reasons. We must teach ourselves to become more aware of our surroundings and how powerful our influence has become. Our technologies out-match our wisdom, and our threat to this planet out-matches the capacity of every planet in our solar system. If we do not come into this wisdom soon, our self-destruction is assured.

Use birth control, practice abstinence, sterilize yourself, whatever it takes to stop making more humans. You are not special, your child is not a miracle, you are just a bag of water, and the more there are the more problems we will have.

Wake up, and press past this endless ignorance.
Release, and teach yourself more wisdom in preparation for our next evolution.
